F. L. REGULATIONS	The proposed alternations to Football League
		Regulations were discussed, and it was agreed to
		further consider them again shortly.

TOUR			Mr. Hughes reported an offer he had
	258	received for a Tour to the Far East involving
		4 games in Australia & 2 in Hong Kong for which we
		would receive £11,250.0.0, 1st Class Hotel accommodation
		& Tourist Flights. The Tour would be for 3 weeks
		starting immediately after the season had ended. It
