Minutes of Meeting of 14th May were
read and confirmed.
FINANCE Receipts reported were :-

SCRIPTO It was agreed to allow Scripto pens to use
PENS the name of Everton on a special issue of Pens
for one year for a donation of £100.0.0 to the
Players Fund.
ACCOUNTS & The Accounts and Balance Sheet for the
BALANCE SHEET 218 year ending May 4th were approved.
WIGNALL F. It was reported that Wignall had been
254 transferred to Notts Forest for a fee of £20,000.0.0,
and that no enquiries had been made for the
players we were prepared to part with.
PLAYERS It was agreed to offer Gabriel, Kay, Scott,
WAGES Labone, Vernon and Young an extra £5.0.0 per
250 week in their basic wage providing they were
willing to sign new agreements for 2 years.
TYRER A. It was agreed to grant a free transfer
245 to A. Tyrer on June 30th if their were no
enquiries for him by that date.
FOOTBALL LEAGUE Mr. Hughes gave a report of the A. G. M.
MEETING 242 of the Football League.
LANCS. F. A. A letter of apology was read from the
177 Lancashire F. A. for the omission our name
from the list of Honours in the Annual
Report.
