whilst it was felt that the main suggestions were
already in operation it was agreed that Mr. Sharp
and the Secretary should offer to meet the Chief
Constable to discuss the matter.
F. A. CUP It was reported that were drawn away
248 to West Ham. in the 5th Round. It was agreed
that each Director be allocated 10 seat to buy with
an extra 10 for the Chairman.
PARNELL R. It was reported that R. Parnell had been

League game v Liverpool.
STOKE CITY F. C. An invitation was considered for 2
254 Directors to attend the Centenary Luncheon and
match on April 24th was considered, and
it was regretted that this could not be accepted.
LIVERPOOL F. C. A letter of apology was read from
177 Liverpool F. C. for the critical statements made to
the Press recently by their Manager, Mr. W.
Shankly.
WHITSTABLE F. C. Appeal for donations from these two clubs
MOSSLEY A. F. C. were considered and turned down.
USE OF GROUND It was agreed that request for the use of
the ground this season for local organisations
would not be possible.
WORLD CUP It was agreed that a Sub-Committee be

F. Micklesfield, C. E. Balmforth & E. Holland Hughes.
