Monday Dec. 17th 1962]
Present :- Mr. John Moores (Chairman)
and all other Directors except Mr. Coffey who
tendered his apologies. Manager and Secretary
in attendance.
Minutes of Meeting of Dec. 11th were
read and confirmed.
NEW SEATING The plans and estimates for new
Seating under Bullens Rd. and Gwladys St.
were considered. The cost was reported to be in
region of £25,000.0.0, and it was agreed to
proceed with the installation of the new seats
during the close season.
WORLD CUP (1966) A letter was considered from Arsenal F. C.
238 suggesting that the cost of any temporary
improvements to grounds should be borne by
F.I.F.A. It was agreed to inform Arsenal
that we agreed with them in principle.
FOOTBALL LEAGUE The draft of a reply to the Football
League, to a letter received from them,
complaining of our action in circularising all
League Clubs regarding the proposed National
Pool, was approved.
