REPORTS Reports were given of the 1st team game
v M/c Utd., and of the 2nd team game v M/c Utd.
Res. and of the players on the injured list.
EXCISE LICENCE It was reported that the application for
168 an Excise licence had been made, and would be
heard on Jan. 9th and this was approved.
Appreciation was expressed to Messrs Davies &
Stephenson for the work they had done in this
connection.
MADDEN (C. H.) Mr. Catterick had not been impressed
(ROTHERHAM) with Madden, C. H. of Rotherham Utd., but
TAYLOR C. H. recommended that efforts be made to secure the
(HUDDERSFIELD) transfers of Taylor C. H. of Huddersfield Town and
TAMBLING I. F. Tambling I. F. of Chelsea. It was agreed to make
(CHELSEA) offers of up to £8,000.0.0 for Taylor and up to
£25,000.0.0 for Tambling.
A. RUSSELL It was agreed to offer Part-time terms to
S. SHAW A. Russell and full-time terms to S. Shaw to
sign professional forms.
