Present :- All Directors except Mr. John Moores
who tendered his apologies. In the absence of the
Chairman, Mr. R. E. Searle was elected Chairman
for the meeting. Manager & Secretary in attendance.
Minutes of Meeting of Oct. 16th were
read and confirmed.
FINANCE Receipts reported were :-

Cheques were signed for :-

Midland Bank Ltd. Wages 259.3.2

HARRIS B. It was reported that Brian Harris had
183 withdrawn his request for a transfer.
HOCKEY 183 Messrs F. Micklesfield & R. A. Joynson had seen
(BRADFORD CITY) this player, and were not impressed. Stringfellow of
STRINGFELLOW O.L. Mansfield Town had played extremely well but they have
(HANSFIELD) refused £25,000 for his transfer.
LILL M. It was reported that there had been
183 no enquiries for Lill.
PLAYERS WAGES Mr. Hughes reported on the Meeting with
154 Liverpool Directors and the following points had been
agreed:- (copy annexed).
Football League approval for these
amendments to be implemented had been given.
REPORTS Reports were given of the 1st Team game v
Chelsea, and of the 2nd team game v Leeds Utd. Res.
and of the players on the injured list. It was
VERNON reported that Vernon had been involved in a car
