all other Directors except Mr. Joynson who tendered
his apologies. Manager & Secretary in attendance.
Minutes of Meeting of 17th April were
read and confirmed.
FINANCE Receipts reported were:-

MR. J. CAREY Mr. Hughes reported that Mr. Carey's
151 solicitors proposed issuing a writ against the
club, and it was agreed that Mr. Hughes
should accept service of the writ.
REPORTS Reports were given of the 1st Team game v
Sheffield Wed. and of the Youth Final v Chelsea.
'B' TEAM It was agreed to cut out the 'B' Team
next season.
TRAINER It was reported that the New Trainer
152 would delay coming until during the close season.
TOUR The following list of players was agreed for
149 the Tour to New York:- Dunlop, Parker, Thomson,
Gabriel, Labone, Meagan, Brigham, Collins, Wignall,
Vernon, Fell, Temple, Jones, Harris, Lill & Young
if available.
SCOUTING It was reported that C. McGuinness had
103 tendered his resignation, and Mr. Gallagher of
Glasgow had been appointed in his stead.
