RATES			Mr. Hughes reported that the assessment had

		the installation of Floodlighting. Our outstanding
		liability would be approximately £9,000.0.0, a

YOUTH CUP FINAL		It was agreed, should we reach the Final of
		the F. A. Youth Cup, to play the 1st Leg on Saturday
		next at Chelsea, providing our Central League Match
		for that day could be postponed.

F. A. OF WALES		It was agreed that permission could not be
	150	given for Vernon to play for Wales on May 18th or 28th.

SPEKE SEA CADETS	A request for a donation was not granted.

TRAINER			It was agreed that a new 1st Team trainer
		be engaged, at the suggestion of Mr. Catterick, and
		that this be done as soon as possible.

DIRECTORS AWAY		To Sheffield:- Messrs R. E. Searle, J. C. Sharp &
		F. Micklesfield & N. W. Coffey.

SHAMROCK ROVERS		It was agreed that the team should fly
	139	to this Match scheduled for May 1st, but to enquire
		if it could be played on Sunday Apl. 30th,
		Mr. Searle to travel by boat.
