In the absence of the Chairman Mr. R. E. Searle was elected Chairman for the Meeting. Minutes of Meeting of Oct. 10th were read and confirmed. FINANCE Receipts reported were :- Fulham F. C. % 791.3.7 Gate v Accrington Stanley 2590.2.6 A cheque was signed for :- Wages 656.10.7 Bank Balance £6333.14.8 Dr. REPORTS Reports were given of the 1st team game v Fulham, the 2nd team game v Leeds Utd. Res. and of the Wales v Scotland Match. FRIEDRICH H. P. Mr. Hughes reported that Mr. Friedrich wanted 100 to refund the money due to the club in instalments, of £25.0.0 per month. It was agreed to leave this matter to Mr. Hughes. RING & LILL It was reported that both these players 112 91 were progressing favourably. SCOTTISH F. A. It was agreed to release Collins, Parker 111 and Gabriel to play for Scotland on Wed. Nov. 9th if selected, and it was also agreed to release IRISH F. A. Bingham to play for Ireland on Wed. Oct. 26th. PROPERTY It was reported that Bingham had found 101 a Bungalow which suited them, at £2,850.0.0 with possession on Jan. 1st. Mr. Hughes reported that he had made an offer of £2,750.0.0 for possession on Dec. 1st and it was agreed to await further developments.
