MATCH It was agreed, if the available reserved
TICKETS tickets were not sufficient to meet demands for any
League match to print unreserved tickets for Gwladys St.
at 6/- each.
REPORTS Reports were given of 1st and 2nd Team
games played since the last meeting.
TELEVISION It was agreed to make a strong protest
101 against live televising of League games at the
forthcoming League Meeting, but to co-operate if the
proposal was passed by the Clubs, at a competent Meeting.
MOSCOW It was agreed to accept a pennant from
DYNAMO Moscow Dynamo F. C. and to explore the possibility
of inviting them to play at Goodison Park in
November.
W. LIDDELL A request from this player for the release
of 5 players to play in a testimonial Match on
Sept. 21st was left to the Chairman, with a
suggestion that it might be better to play this
match at the end of the season.
T. FINNEY A similar request for the release of A. Parker
to play in a testimonial Match for Tom Finney
on Sept. 26th was deferred until our commitments
were known.
