his apologies. Manager & Secretary in attendance.

read and confirmed.

LAVERICK, R. It was reported that Laverick had been
84 transferred to Brighton & Heve for £3,500.0.0, of which
£1750.0.0 was to be paid immediately and the balance
before the end of September. It was agreed to
apply for permission to pay him £200.0.0 accrued
share of benefit.
BENTHAM, A. A. Bentham had been transferred to
GRIFFITHS, B. Southport F. C. for £200.0.0, and B. Griffiths was
to sign for them on a free transfer. It was
agreed to apply for permission to pay Bentham
£200.0.0 accrued share of benefit.
KING, J. 80 It was reported that Tranmere Rovers
BILLINGTON S. had offered £5000.0.0 for King & Billington and
84 Bournemouth were also interested in King.
J. O'NEILL It was reported that O'Neill had
applied for a reduction in his transfer fee which
was to be submitted to the Football League after
consideration by the Board. It was agreed that
the Board felt that the fee asked was fair and
realistic and that the Board could not agree to
