PRE-SEASON TOUR It was reported that arrangements had
72 been made to play 3 games in Holland on
Aug. 10th, 12th & 14th and P. S. V. Eindhevan were
to visit Liverpool in the autumn to play at
Goodison Park, at their own expense. We were
to receive £1500 to cover the expenses of the
games in Holland. This was agreed to.
B. B. C. It was reported that a copy of the
73. film of the European Cup Final between Real
Madrid and Eintracht was available for £35.0.0
but it was agreed not to purchase a copy.
TRAINING It was reported that training would
re-commence on July 18th.
BOYS WAGES It was agreed that the wages of
Sharples, Parnell & Morton should be decided
in consultation with Mr. Hughes.
REAL MADRID It was agreed to write to Real
Madrid, with a view to introduce our club
to them and suggest the possibility of a game
in Liverpool at some future date.
ADMISSION PRICES It was agreed to change the followings
admission prices next season. GROUND 2/6,
PADDOCK 3/6, GOAL STANDS 5/-, SIDE STANDS 6/-,
RESERVED TICKETS 7/6. Ground Season tickets to
be £2.15.0 and Paddock Season Tickets £3.15.0.
HANDBOOK It was agreed, if possible, to defer
83. printing the Handbook pending further
information and consideration.
ANGLO-FRENCH- A letter was considered from the
SCOTTISH CLUB GAMES. Football League proposing an inter County
Competition with 4 Teams from England
taking part. It was agreed to favour the
Competition although we would not be
available to take part in it this year.
