other Directors except Mr. Moores, who tendered his
apologies. Manager & Secretary in attendance.

MORTGAGE The Mortgage Deed of the available properties
in favour of Mr. J. Moores as security against the
Loan was approved.
REPORTS. Reports were given of the 1st Team game
v Spurs, the 2nd Team game v Bury Res., and of
the players on the injured list.
PARKER, A. It was agreed to purchase a Bungalow
31. at Maghull for Alec Parker, at a cost of £2495.0.0.
PRE SEASON It was reported that there was every
TOUR prospect of arranging the pre Season Tour as
70. suggested, and it was agreed to pay a commission
of £100.0.0 to Mr. Tony Stevens for arranging the
games, after the return game had taken place.
LANCASHIRE F. A. A request for the loan of the ground at the
end of the Season was not granted, and a
MERSEYSIDE similar request from the Merseyside Schools F. A. was
SCHOOLS F. A. also turned down.
L'POOL.SENIOR CUP It was agreed that each Directors be
