Secretary in attendance. VACANCY On the recommendation of Mr. Searle and Mr. Hughes, who had met Mr. John Moores to discuss the vacancy on the Board, it was resolved unanimously, on a proposition by Mr. Micklesfield MR. J. MOORES and seconded by Mr. Coffey, that Mr. John Moores 57 be invited to join the Board to fill the existing vacancy. Confirmed as correct. F. Micklesfield Chairman.
