[Emergency Meeting held at Goodison Park
Friday 26th Feb. 1960.]
Present:- Mr. F. Micklesfield (Chair) and all
other Directors except Mr. Askham.
Manager & Secretary in attendance.
MR. C. H. ASKHAM A letter was considered from Mr. Askham
tendering his resignation as a Director owing to
ill-health. It was agreed that this resignation
be accepted with regret, and appreciation was
expressed of the valuable services he had rendered to
the Club during his time of office.
Confirmed as correct.
