McDONALD It was reported that Messrs J. Taylor
(LEYTON ORIENT) and R. A. Joynson did not watch this
34 player on Dec. 5th as Mr. Carey had been
informed that the player was not for sale.
ACCIDENT On the recommendation of the Finance
INSURANCE Committee it was agreed to insure the Staff
against accident at any time for a premium
of approximately £75.0.0 per annum.
F. L. MEETING Mr. Micklesfield gave a report of the
27 Football League Meeting in London. It was
agreed to send a telegram to the Football
League to register our protest against the
4% LEVY proposal to divide the Pool Money equally
(£2000.0.0 each approximately) among the 92
Clubs in lieu of the abolition of the 4% Levy,
and to circularise the 1st & 2nd Division Clubs
