PARKER A. A request from Alec Parker to be placed
on the transfer list was considered. It was
resolved that whilst sympathising with his
reasons his request could not be acceded to.
HOOD J. It was reported that Hood had asked
21. for his name to be taken off the transfer
list and this was agreed to.
ALLEN It was resolved unanimously that the
(STOKE CITY) Manager & Mr. Joynson be given powers to
27. negotiate for the transfer of Allen up to a
maximum of £30,000.0.0.
HERD It was reported that this player may
(CLYDE) be available. He was an O. R. now playing I. R.
aged 23. It was agreed to sound the
possibilities.
SUPPORTERS It was agreed to Loan the Supporters
(FEDERATION) Federation the block of the ground for the
next issue of their magazine, and some
pennants and trophies, if insured, for display
at their promises.
KICK-OFF It was agreed to have a 3.15. K. O. for
the reserve match v Blackpool on Dec. 28th.
