Includes minutes of general meetings, annual general meetings, emergency meetings, private meetings, sub-committee meetings, extraordinary general meetings. 7 Sep 1959 a sub-committee was set up to discuss and facilitate the transfer of players. 3 Nov 1959 it was agreed to put D. Hickson on the transfer list. 6 Nov 1959 it was agreed that the Club accept an offer from Liverpool F.C. for D. Hickson. 1 Dec 1959 the Ground Sub-Committee reported on the poor state of the pitch. 14 Dec 1959 it was agreed to continue with present plans for draining the pitch. 5 Jan 1960 J. Carey was given powers to negotiate for R. Vernon. 22 Jan 1960 a loan from J. Moores was accepted. 7 Mar 1960 it was reported that J. Gabriel had been signed. 14 Mar 1960 it was agreed to have the soil warming wires removed and work for the better drainage of the pitch carried out. 21 Mar 1960 J. Moores became a director of the Club. 24 Jun 1960 J. Moores was elected Chairman of the Club. 10 Oct 1960 the signing of W. Bingham was agreed. 30 Jan 1961 it was reported that Everton F.C. had been selected to take part in the International Seven Tournament in New York. 17 Apr 1961 the Chairman informed J. Carey that his appointment as Manager had been terminated. It was agreed that H. Catterick should be appointed Manager. 24 Apr 1961 it was reported that J. Carey's solicitors were serving a writ against the Club. 16 Oct 1961 it was agreed to send a complimentary season ticket to W. R. Dean. 13 Feb 1962 it was reported that J. Carey's case against the Club had been settled out of court. 5 Mar 1962 it was reported that G. West and D. Stevens had been signed. 17 Apr 1962 it was agreed to alter the Articles of Association. 16 Oct 1962 it was reported that the Club had been fined because J. Morrissey's transfer form had gone missing in the post. 5 Mar 1963 it was agreed to have the soil warming wires re-installed to heat the pitch. 14 May 1963 the Chairman and Directors congratulated H. Catterick on leading the Club to the First Division Championship. 15 Oct 1963 it was agreed to go on a our of Australia and Hong Kong. 24 Feb 1964 it was agreed to go ahead with a testimonial match for W. R. Dean. 14 Mar 1964 F. Pickering was signed. 13 Apr 1964 trustees for the W. R. Dean Fund were appointed. Minutes signed by J. Micklesfield, J. Moores.
