			[Meeting held at Goodison Park
				Tuesday 22nd Jan. 1957]

			Present:- Mr. R. E. Searle (Chair) and all
		other Directors except Mr. Balmforth.

			The Meeting stood in silence for a few
					    MEMORY OF THE
		moments, as a tribute to the wife of their
		colleague, Mr. C. E. Balmforth, who had passed
		away today. It was agreed that a letter of
		condolence be sent from the Club.
			Minutes of Meetings of Jan. 15th and
		Jan 18th were read and confirmed.

J. O'Neill		It was reported that West Brom A.

		they had parted with their reserve goalkeeper.

Muray			It was reported Muray, a trialist
		recommended by T. G. Jones had impressed favorably.
