Press It was resolved that no members of the Press be allowed in the dressing room area on match days, and that any information required be obtained through the Secretary. Fitness of Ground It was agreed that the arrival of the Referee be notified in the first instance to the Secretary, and that he in conjunction with the chief coach shall see the Referee together as to the fitness of the ground. Replay 18 It was agreed that the allocation of Replay tickets be left to Mr. Nuttall and the Secretary. MRS. S. C. GREENWOOD It was agreed that Mr. S. C. Greenwood be given the tenancy of No. 12 Goodison Ave., whose mother, Mr. Siebert the previous tenant had died. F. Howarth It was agreed to support the suggestion of Sheffield Wed. for a testimonial Fund for Mr. F. Howarth who retired as Secretary of the Football League on Dec. 31st and to suggest a donation of Ten Guineas for 1st Division Clubs. Bonus It was agreed to support the 18 proposal to increase the Central League Bonus to £1.10.0 for a win and 15/- for a draw.
