Board Mtgs. It was agreed to revert to Tuesday for the
297 weekly Board Meetings in future.
MISS. E. MIDDLETON It was agreed to postpone giving notice to
296 this employee until the middle of September.
ENGLAND V HUNGARY It was reported that the Police Band was
296 not available for Sept. 23rd and that the British
Railways (Edge Hill) Band had been engaged instead.
J. Moores Esq. It was agreed to issue 2 extra box tickets
(4 in all) and 2 Complimentary tickets to Mr. John
C. Moores. Esq. Moores, and 3 Box Tickets and 2 Complimentary
tickets to Mr. Cecil Moores.
Mr. R. E. Searle The Secretary was instructed to issue 2 extra
Box tickets and 2 extra Complimentary tickets each
Match to Mr. R. E. Searle.
ACCRINGTON STANLEY It was reported that Accrington Stanley
had not yet paid the first £500.0.0 in respect of
the transfer of J. Kelley, and it was agreed that
payment of this amount be requested.
FOOTBALL LEAGUE It was reported that the Football League
