CLAYTON. J. M. It was reported that Clayton had
been transferred to Southport for a fee of
£100.0.0, and application had been made
for permission to pay him £100.0.0 as
accrued share of benefit.
COACH Mr. Carey reported that he had
enquired from Burnley regarding the
possibility of getting L. Shannon as a Coach,
as they would require a fee of £1000.0.0 to
cover his benefit he was making enquiries
elsewhere.
KICK-OFFS. It was agreed to KICK-OFF at 2.45 p.m.
198 on Aug. 22nd to enable Luton Town to catch
the 5.15 p.m. train back to London, and to
kick-off at 2.30 p.m. on March 19th v
Newcastle Res. Kick-offs for the season were
agreed as follows:- Saturdays 3.15 except
versus the London Club which should be
3 p.m., and 7 p.m. for evening Matches.
