Southport F. C.		It was reported that Southport F. C. were
	221.	interested in Keeley and Clayton and it was
		agreed to leave this to Mr. Carey.

Crystal Palace		It was agreed to play a friendly Floodlit
		Match at Crystal Palace on Apl. 4th for expenses
		guaranteed in writing up to £500.0.0.

Scouting		It was resolved that the present
	166.	Scouting system be scrapped. Notice of termination
		to be given immediately, to cease on June 30th, to
		be given to C. Liddy, G. Holloway and A. Dixon
		and that they be informed not to ? any
		further expenses. The notice to A. Dixon to be
		deferred to an appropriate date.

I. C. Buchan		It was agreed that Mr. Hughes should
	225.	see Mr. Buchan Solicitor to explore the
		possibility of agreeing a settlement.

FRIENDLY
FIXTURE			It was agreed to leave the question of a
		fixture on Mar. 14th to Mr. Carey should our League
		Fixture v Blackpool be postponed.

SEMI-FINAL		It was agreed, should we be allocated a
	258.	Semi Final to print 75,000 tickets, subject to
		Police approval. Each Director to be allocated 100 Seats
		50 Paddock Tickets and 100 ground tickets.

CUP-FINAL		It was agreed to make Goodison Park
REPLAY		available for a replay, if required, on May 7th.

HARTHILL BOX		A request from this Club for 20 tickets
CLUB		for our game on Easter Monday for a visiting
		party of German Boys was not granted.

F. A. F. L.		It was agreed to publish in our next
CIRCULAR	League programme details of payments to players
