		tickets for Charlton, Director, Players and Staff.

		the turnstiles and occupy their own seats.

B. B. C.		It was agreed to give facilities to the

		"Sporting Diary" programme on Jan. 23rd.

F. A.			A letter was read from the F. A. stating
223		the reasons for not granting permission for the
		suggested match in Madrid.

TRANSFER OF SHARES	The following was approved:-

		Harper.
