		AND MR. JOHN CAREY

	Parties.		Everton Football Club Co. Ltd. (1)
				Mr. John Carey (2)

	Term.			Five years from a date to be agreed
				not later than the 24th. October 1958.

	Remuneration.		£3,000.0.0 per annum plus expenses
				sanctioned by the Board.

	Duties and Title.	The general control and management of
				the playing and training staff and
				scouting staff subject only to the
				directions and orders of the Board of
				Directors as a whole with the title
				of Manager,

	Dwelling House.		Suitable dwelling house to be provided
				worth approximately £3,500.0.0 on a
				Service Tenancy at a nominal rent of
				£1.0.0 per week.

	Determination.		Terminable without notice in the event
				of the Manager becoming from any cause
				incapacitated for a longer period than
				six months from properly discharging
				his duties or committing a breach of
				any of the stipulations herein contained.
