	1. Huddersfield Town F. C. re Graham Williams.

	   It was unanimously agreed that Hudderfield Town be invited to
	   submit an offer of £3,000 for G. Williams.	DEFERRED TERMS.

	2. Plymouth Argyle F. C. re David Hickson.

	   It was unanimously agreed that Plymouth should be invited to submit
	   an offer of £7,000 for D. Hickson. Plymouth are prepared to meet
	   this figures, or at least come very near to it, but Hickson does not
	   want to move, however, he has agreed to meet Mr. Rowley, Plymouth's
	   Manager, on FRIDAY at 11 A.M., at Goodison Park.- ASK FOR OFFERS

	3. Don Donovan.
									      ASK
	   It was decided, by a majority decision, that Donovan's request     FOR
	   that we should accept offers for his transfer be refused.	     OFFERS

	4. Kerr (Partick Thistle F. C.)

	   It was unanimously agreed that Mr. Buchan should contact Partick
	   Thistle regarding the transfer of Andy Kerr.
	   Mr. Buchan has been in contact with Partick Thistle regarding this
	   and as their Chairman was in Sweden with the Scottish World Cup
	   party, nothing could be done until he returned, however, we shall
	   be informed of any developments immediately.		UP TO £10,000

	5. Players' Terms 1958-59.

	   It was unanimously agreed that three of the younger players,
	   Labone, Ashworth and Bentham, should have their contract wages
	   amended to the present maximum i.e. at 18 years of age from £11
	   and £9 to £12/£10/- and £11 and, in Bentham's case, at 17 years
	   of age from £9 and £8 to £10 and £9. That the number of
	   appearances necessary to qualify for maximum summer terms be
	   reduced from 30 to 21.

	6. Mr. Buchan reported that he had requested a blue and yellow band
	   round the white shirts which were as an alternative strip.

	7. Pre-Season Training.

	   The players would report for pre-season training on Monday, 14th
	   Jul. 7 1958 at 10 a.m.

	8. Haughey's Benefit

	   Haughey's accrued share of benefit was now due and working on the
	   basis of £600 as the full benefit would be two fifths of £600
	   being £240.
