W. Kertland		It was reported that Mr. Kertland was
		using what purported to be official Club
		notepaper, and it was agreed to write to him
		deprecating his action and to refrain from
		inferring that he was the official Continental
		representative of the club, and that a copy
		of the letter be sent to the Football Assn.

Manchester Utd.		It was agreed to send a donation
Appeal Fund	of fifty pound to the Manchester United
		Appeal Fund.

Everton F. C.		It was agreed to arrange towards
Supporters Fed.	the end of July for parties of 20 to be
	120	shown the amenities at Goodison Park.

BRITISH EMPIRE		An appeal was considered from this
GAMES APPEAL	organisation, and it was agreed that we
		should not contribute.

LANCASHIRE F. A.	It was reported that as Mr. Green
	147	had been a Vice-President of the Lancashire
		F. A. this had left a vacancy on the
		council. It was agreed therefore not to
		nominated Mr. Micklesfield but to nominate and
		support Mr. H. Robson Roberts of Liverpool F. C.

SHAREHOLDERS		The opinion of Mr. Eric Giffiths on

WIGNALL			It was agreed that Messrs. C. E.
(HORWICH)	Balmforth & F. Micklesfield should negotiate for
