Nuttall It was noted with deep regret that T. C. Nuttall, Vice Chairman of the club had died on March 26th and the Meeting stood in silence for a few moments as a tribute to his memory. (Copy annexed) MIDLAND BANK A letter was read from the Midland 163 Bank Ltd. informing us that they had agreed to increase an overdraft facilities up to thirty five thousand pounds. SCOUTING It was agreed that the Scouting 164 activities of the Directors be concentrated on the finished or near finished players. RETAIN & 56 The proposed Retain & Transfer Lists TRANSFER LIST were considered and approved with the 64 exception of these listed as doubtful. A decision on these was deferred.
