GROUND RECONSTRUCTION It was reported that following an inspection of the pitch by the Sports Turf Research Institute they had recommended that major reconstruction was necessary. It was resolved that the work as detailed be carried out and a start be made as soon as possible, incorporating soil warming wires on the pitch, as detailed by M.A.N.W.E.B.
