Mr. J. Moores It was resolved that, as our
present financial position was quite good, we
should not accept the generous offer of Mr.
John Moores to loan the Club £18,000.0.0
and approval was given to a draft letter
of thanks to be sent to him by the
Chairman.
Floodlighting It was agreed that a cheque for
116 £18,000.0.0 be sent to G. E. C. Ltd. as soon
as possible as the first payment towards
the cost of the Floodlighting installation.
D. Temple It was reported that D. Temple was
199 to report to Fermby on Thursday next
for Military Service.
