FLOODLIGHT		It was agreed that we were not
COMPETITION	interested in joining a Floodlit Competition
		of Football League Clubs.

TINTAGEL F. C.		An appeal for assistance from the
		Tintagel F. C. was not granted.

Transfer of Shares	The Following were approved:-
		SHARES NO. 749, 750 & 2427 FROM THE WIDOW OF
