A. Fanall		It was reported that Mayers v Fanall
D. Mayers	had been transferred to Preston N. E. for £2000.0.0
50		each. It was agreed to apply for permission to
		pay accrued share of Benefit of £400 to Mayers
		and £325 to Fanall.

C. PERKINS		It was reported that this Australian
(AUSTRALIA)	aborigine, W. H. or I. F. was prepared to come to
		England to take up football, and at his
		request it was agreed to pay half the cost of
		his fare which would total £120 and be at
		a cost of £60.0.0 to the Club.

Floodlight		It was agreed that Mr. Micklesfield
Matches		should approach the Chairman of the Liverpool F. C.
		Floodlighting Committee, with a view to agreeing
		working arrangements for Floodlight Matches. It
		was also agreed to sound Mr. ? as
		to the possibility of arranging matches with top
		Continental Teams. It was agreed that the
		Chairman with Mr. Nuttall and the Secretary should
		suggest an allocation of ticket for the Directors
		for the Liverpool Floodlight Match.

TRAINING DUTIES		The suggested re-organisation of training
		Staff, with slight amendments, was approved.

J. D. Williams		It was agreed that J. D. Williams be
66.		given 2 Weeks pay in lieu of notice.

Bolton Wanderers	A letter was read from Bolton Wanderers
	40	in connection with a possible Floodlight Match
		at Goodison Park. This was deferred for
		consideration at a later date.

F. A. Agenda		The Agenda for the Football Association
		A. G. M. was considered and decisions agreed.
