Present:- Mr. R. E. Searle (Chair) and
all other Director except Mr. Green who was
indisposed. Secretary in attendance.
Minutes of Meeting of May 7th
were read and confirmed.
Finance Receipts reported were:-

K. Williams It was reported that K. Williams
65 had refused the terms offered to him, and had
asked to be placed on the transfer list. This
was agreed to and it was agreed to leave the
question of transfer fee to Mr. Nuttall and the
Secretary.
F. League Mtg. It was agreed that Mr. Nuttall
66. should attend the League Meeting in London
on May 21st and that the Chairman
should attend the Eric v England match in
Dublin in May 19th.
KEMMY (LIMERICK) It was agreed that Messrs F.
Micklesfield and J. Taylor should watch this
Full-back in Dublin on Friday evening, and
that they be given power up to £2500 to
negotiate for his transfer if he satisfied them
as to his capabilities.
Vijard C. J. It was reported that Vijard had
been transferred to Rochdale for £50.0.0 and
it was agreed to apply for permission to pay
