				[MINUTES OF FLOODLIGHT MATCH SUB-COMMITTEE
					HELD AT GOODISON PARK
				       TUESDAY, 9TH APRIL 1957]


			Present:- Mr. R. E. Searle (Chair) & Messrs. F.
				  Micklesfield, C. H. Askham, I. Robinson,
				  together with the Secretary.

				THE FOLLOWING RECOMMENDATIONS WERE MADE

				That the match should be arranged for Wednesday, October
			9th, with a 7.30 p.m., kick-off.

				That the match details be left to the Everton club and
			the social side be left to the Liverpool County F. A.

				That the sum not exceeding £500 be allocated out of the
			gate to the Liverpool County F. A. to cover the cost of the
			Trophy, Souvenirs for the players and towards the costs of
			the dinner to which 20 free invitations would be sent to the
			Everton Football Club.

				That the Liverpool County F. A. be allocated 20 Directors'
			Box tickets and 50 Complimentary Tickets.
