After this has been done then ask for questions on the Accounts and after these have been answered put the proposition to the Meeting that the Accounts and Balance Sheet be adopted. 6. Mr. proposes and Mr. seconds the payment of Dividend of 7½% less tax for the year. 7. Auditors' Fees. The Auditors' fee of £150.0.0 proposed by Mr. and seconded by Mr. . 8. Election of Directors. The Chairman reports that there ARE nominations in respect of Messrs. R. A. Joynson, W. R. Sawyer and J. Taylor have been withdrawn, leaving three candidates for the three vacancies. These are the two {R. E. SEARLE} {F. MICKLESFIELD} retiring Directors, Messrs. E. Green and J. C. Sharp, and {J. TAYLOR} Mr. C. H. Askham. In the absence of other nominations the Chairman proposes that the election of the three candidates be taken en bloc.
