Property It was reported that possession of
292 the house at Luton occupied by Mr. Wright
was required by Tuesday next Nov. 6th, and
that Lindsay should vacate 7 Radnor Drive
by Monday Nov. 5th at the latest. It was
agreed to accommodate Mr. Wright and his
family at the Lord Nelson Hotel until the
house was decorated, and it was agreed
that the whole matter be left to Messrs
T. C. Nuttall, J. C. Sharp and the Secretary.
R. Birtley A letter was read from Mr. A.
298 Keating reporting that Bob Birtley was
bedridden and their total income was
£5.16.0 per week. It was agreed that a
copy of his letter be sent to the Football
League with a recommendation that they
consider his case, and that we send
him one pound per week temporarily until
the Football League had reached a decision
when the matter would be reviewed.
Welsh Football It was agreed to send a donation
League of Five pounds to the Welsh Football League
on the occasion of their Silver jubilee.
Imperial Cancer An appeal from the Imperial
Research Fund Cancer Research Fund was considered and
turned down.
H. Potts A letter of thanks was read from
