Owing to the absence of Mr. Searle, the Chair was taken by Mr. Nuttall. J. Harris The Directors considered an offer 287 from Blackburn Rovers of £8,000.0.0 for the transfer of J. Harris. It was agreed to accept this offer and it possible to persuade them to pay an extra £750.0.0 to cover his accrued Benefit which was now due.
