284 Asst. Coach It was resolved that Mr. H. E. Wright & Trainer of Luton be appointed assistant Coach & Trainer for a minimum period of two years at a salary of £950.0.0 per annum, and that he be provided with a Club house at a rent of One pound per week. It was further agreed that the services of one of the present training staff be dispensed with. Team Selection It was resolved that the Chief Coach {RESCINDED (I. C. Buchan) presents on paper to the Board 24 FEB 1958} before each weekly Board meeting his suggested 1st and 2nd Teams for the next match, and the Board agrees to accept these teams in their entirety. This arrangement to be in force until this minutes is rescinded by the Board. SUB-COMMITTEE It was resolved that as from this (PLAYERS) date the Players Sub-Committee shall have 222 free power and control even all matters relating to the Playing & Training staff, excepting the picking of the 1st and 2nd Teams, which duty shall devolve on the Chief Coach, (I.
