		that Messrs F. Micklesfield, J. Taylor watch
		him on Saturday if this can be arranged,
		and if satisfied, that they be given power to
		negotiate up to £1500 for the straight
		transfer of the boy only, with no other

Crewe A.		A request from Crewe A. was

		Lello & Fielding being mentioned. This was
		left to the Sub-Committee to explore.

Television		A new offer was reported from
	278	I. T. V., and it was agreed to defer
		consideration for a week, and that each
		Director be furnished with a copy.

R. WHITTINGTON EGAN	An application was considered from
		this journalist for permission to write a
		series of articles on the History of Everton F. C.
		for publication in the Liverpool Echo, and this
		was deferred for the time being.

Manchester Utd.		It was agreed that either Mr.
		Sharp or Mr. Micklesfield should represent the
		Club at a Celebration Dinner given by
		Manchester Utd. on Oct. 9th.
