Present:- Mr. R. E. Searle (Chair) and all
other Directors except Mr. E. Green who
tendered his apologies. Secretary in attendance.
Minutes of Meeting of Aug. 28th
were read and confirmed.
The Chairman expressed his
appreciation of the kindness and messages
of good will sent to him, and Mr.
Nuttall, on behalf of the Board expressed
their pleasure on his return, and hoped he
would continue to make good progress.
Loan It was agreed to defer making
application for a loan for the time being
in view of certain prospects.
