REGULATIONS GOVERNING COMMISSIONAIRES DUTIES FOR APPROVAL OF THE BOARD (a) Apart from the Directors and Officials of the Everton Club, Every other person must show a ticket to the Commissionaire in charge of the lift before entering the lift. (b) The two Commissionaires stationed at the main entrance will call out "Show your tickets before entering the lift please" and one will remain on duty for one hour after the conclusion of the game. (c) A Commissionaire must be stationed at the top of the stairs before, during, and for an hour after the game, and here also, no one is to be admitted without a ticket. The Commissionaire at this point will be responsible for ensuring that there are no gate crashers from the Stand through the Kitchen. (d) Unless a person has ticket he or she must not be admitted under any circumstances, even if they are accompanied by a Director or Official of the Club. (e) At the end of the game you will allow members of the Press in as usual, but here also, they must show their individual Press Box tickets otherwise admittance to the Board Room must be refused. (f) Control of car parking in Eton Street during the forthcoming Season will be in the hands of the City Police. (g) No tickets other than those issued by the Everton Club can be acknowledged without prior notification from Mr. Dickinson. (h) A Commissionaire must be stationed before, during and for one hour after the match outside the entrance to the Directors' Room. Anyone other than the Everton Directors seeking admission to this room must show the Commissionaire the special Pass Ticket. Without this the Commissionaire is empowered to refuse admission.
