Floodlighting		Mr. Micklesfield reported that the new
	253	position for Goodison Place Wall, with a slight
		amendment, had been approved by the City
		Council, and that the estimate for Lighting
		Conductors was lower than the provisional
		sum allowed, as part of the work had been
		done by Tysons when making the Foundations.

Ian. Buchan		It was agreed to install a phone
		at 1 Earls Close for Mr. Buchan.

Directors		It was agreed that these be placed
Photographs	on the left hand side of the Bar in the
	231	Boardroom.

Television		The offer of A. T. U. of £50.000 for
	250	T. V. rights for 35 Saturday games during
		the season with a 6.15 p.m. kick-off was
		considered. It was felt that the loss in
		revenue would more than offset any Benefit,
		and it was agreed that Messrs T. C. Nuttall
		and F. Micklesfield represent the Club at the
		Football League Meeting and vote against the
		recommendation of the F. L. Management
		Committee that this offer be accepted.

Skelmersdale		A letter of thanks was read from
Utd. F. C.	Skelmersdale Utd. F. C. for our cheque covering
	255	the cost of the toilets installed at their
		ground.

F. A.			It was noted that the 'B'
	256	International Match, England v Scotland,
		had been allocated to Leeds.

Limerick F. C.		It was agreed to advise this Club
		that we had no suitable player to
		recommend as player, Manager, in reply
		to their request.
