		Micklesfield on the progress to date, and it
		was noted that a suitable site had been
		found, for housing the generator and switch
		gear near the Sub-Station, and this was
		approved.

Repairs			Mr. Askham reported on the progress
		of the essential repair work in hand. The
		recommendation regarding the staff were
		approved as follows:- The services of the joiner,
		E. Dillon and jobber H. Wright be retained
		at their present wage. J. McDonald to be
		retained as plumber with an increase in
		wages from 4/1 per hour to 4/5 per hour.
		The painter, R. Williams to be retired on a
		pension of three pounds per week, and a
		new painter to be employed, full time at
		union rates.

39 Southport Rd.	It was reported that the contract
	253	for the sale of this property to Mr. Britton
		had been signed, and it was agreed that
		he be charged rent at one pound per week
		from Feb 24th to the date of Sale.

Complimentary		It was agreed that a suggested list
List		be submitted to the Board for approval by

J. Lindsay 207		Confirmation was given to the transfer
