Goodison Road Wall  Approval was given for the dangerous cantilever wall
		in Goodison Road to be repaired.

		Present:- Mr. R. E. Searle (Chair) Mr. T. C. Nuttall,
		Mr. C. E. Balmforth, Mr. F. Micklesfield & Mr. C. Askham.

Minutes		The minutes of the meeting held on 8th May 1956 were
		read & confirmed.

Gymnasium	Proposed alterations to the present gymnasium were
		explained & discussed and suggestions also for the
		setup of a new gymnasium under the Gwladys Street
		Stand were submitted. After a lengthy discussion &
		an inspection of the site it was agreed
		that the Gymnasium be constructed under the
		Gwladys Street Stand by Messrs Tysons at an approx. cost of £1869 & to invite Mr. Buchan to
		travel to Liverpool for his comments and suggestions.

Ground & Painting  It was agreed that work be proceeded with for the
		painting of the Goodison Road stand, subject to the
		usual rise & full conditions of the Buildings trade
		at an approx. cost of £3000 as per estimate
		submitted by Messrs Tysons, the work to be completed
		in two parts one of the close season 1956 & the other
