S. Britton agreeing to withdraw his action against the Everton Football Club for breach of contract. The Directors agree to the following terms: 1. The Manager and his family to be permitted to reside at the present Club house at the present terms of rent for the next Forty years. If the Manager or his family surrenders the lease of this house in the meantime the Club pay the Manager or his family a sum of One Thousand, Seven Hundred and Sixty Pounds less the rent already paid. 2. That the present car owned by the Club for the use of the Manager, to become the property of the Manager, as it would have done at the expiry of the present contract. 3. That the premiums for the Football League Secretaries' and Managers' Pension scheme in respect of the Manager be paid by the Club to October 8th., 1958. Chairman ............. Secretary ............
