			Mr. Britton reported his visit to
		Port Vale, and he thought our prospect
		hopeful on what he had seen.
			It was reported that the
		Central League Match v Stoke Res. had
		been brought forward to Jan. 28th at
		Goodison Park, and the Youth game v
		Bolton W. had been arranged for Feb.
		1st at Bolton.

Tour			A letter was read from the
	198	American Football League, enclosing
		for signature a contract covering
		the terms of the Tour.
			It was reported that Wainwright
		had a cold, Parker appendix trouble,
		Fielding ear trouble and Melville a Groin
		injury.

MERSEYSIDE		It was agreed to donate ten pounds
HOLIDAY CAMPS.	to the Merseyside Holiday Camp.

Pension schemes		It was reported that E. Dillon
	194	could not be accepted for Death Benefits
		and 10/-% extra premium was required
		in respect of W. Foster.

Taxation		A. letter was read from
		Major Keyes suggesting that Programme
		Publicity be given to the heavy burden
		of taxation carried by Football Clubs.
