[SUB-COMMITTEE MEETING HELD AT GOODISON PARK THURSDAY 15TH DECEMBER 1955] Present :- Mr. J. C. Sharp (Chair), Messrs. N. W. Coffey and T. C. Nuttall, together with the Manager and secretary. Floodlighting Mr. Nuttall Reported that owing to a Government directive the Royal Insurance Co., regret that they would be unable to finance the Floodlighting Scheme at the Present time. It was agreed to recommend that the G.E.C. be asked if they will be prepared to put in the installation on deferred terms. Rating It was reported that the Football League were considering taking action when the new assessments were published and had appointed a London surveyor to advise them. In the meantime clubs had been requested not to negotiate a separate settlement without first consulting the Football League. Pension It was reported that all eligible members Scheme had agreed to join the Pension Scheme which would commence on the 1st January 1956. E. Green 20.12.55
