Hickson D. Confirmation was given to the
162 transfer of Hickson to Aston Villa, at
a fee of Twenty thousand pounds. The
Board paid tribute to Mr. Britton for the
manner in which he had conducted
the negotiations. Mr. Green reported the
events leading up to an article that
had appeared in the Evening Express.
