Present:- Mr. E. Green (Chair) and

The Draft of Income & expenditure a/c
was considered.
It was agreed that Depreciation
be written off as follows:-
Stands Hoarding &c 970.0.0
Amplifying Equipment 73.0.0
Motor Car 234.7.6
It was agreed that the amount
expended on replacing Water pipes amounting
to £2,380 be written off against the Reserve
for deferred repairs, and that the cost of
floodlighting the Practice Ground of £509.15.6
be included in Ground Expenses, and the
cost of the film projector of £389.7.6 be
charged to Training Expenses.
It was agreed to recommended the
payment of a dividend of 7½% less tax,
on the paid up Capital of the Company.
The draft accounts were approved
as submitted, and were signed by the
Chairman and Mr. Sharp.
Tour It was reported by the
141 Directors who had been on Tour that
this trip had been very happy and,
enjoyed by all, and had been very
successful both from a playing and
a financial point of view. A special
