It was agreed that Depreciation be written off as follows:- Stands Hoarding &c 970.0.0 Amplifying Equipment 73.0.0 Motor Car 234.7.6 It was agreed that the amount expended on replacing Water pipes amounting to £2,380 be written off against the Reserve for deferred repairs, and that the cost of floodlighting the Practice Ground of £509.15.6 be included in Ground Expenses, and the cost of the film projector of £389.7.6 be charged to Training Expenses. It was agreed to recommended the payment of a dividend of 7½% less tax, on the paid up Capital of the Company. The draft accounts were approved as submitted, and were signed by the Chairman and Mr. Sharp.
